Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind.
However, if there is a problem with your order, we will work with you to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.
